Curtis Tyler, III, dated June 7, 1999, <br /> transmitting the above bill which proposes to amend the current <br /> minimum real property tax of $25 per parcel to $100. <br /> Comm. 333.001: From Roy S. Mushrush, Chairman, Community & Government <br /> (1999) Affairs, Kona Palisades Estates Community Association, dated <br /> June 11, 1999, informing that at their Board meeting held on <br /> June 9, 1999, the consensus was to raise the minimum tax to a <br /> level to at least cover the clerical costs of the billing and record <br /> keeping. There was no specific dollar limit agreement on the <br /> minimum. Regarding the distribution of the tax receipts for the <br /> benefit of the area, the consensus was to use the funds more in <br /> proportion to the population distribution.
