Chapter 24, article 10, division 7, section 24-292. Schedule 40 (8 hour parking meter <br /> zones) of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 Edition), is amended by adding the following to be <br /> appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ) The following areas are designated as maximum eight hour parking at the rate of twenty <br /> five cents per two-hours: <br /> ~a) South Hilo <br /> { 1) Aupuni Center parking lot, specificallymarked single row of stalls <br /> fronting Kilauea Avenue, Monday to Friday excluding holida ~s <br /> during the hours of 7.00 a m to 5.00 p m or as otherwise specified per <br /> facility." <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-284. Schedule 32 (Two hour parking <br /> areas), subsection (c) South Hilo of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 Edition) is amended by adding <br /> the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ) Aupuni Center public parking two rows of stalls along and adjacent to the northwest <br /> (Pauahi Street) and a single row of stalls along and adjacent to the southwest (Kilauea <br /> Avenue) sides of the Aupuni Center building, Monday to Friday excluding holida s <br /> during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or as otherwise specified per facility" <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In printing this <br /> ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or <br /> circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the <br /> ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the <br /> provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />
