The State Land Use Boundaries Maps for the County of Hawaii is <br /> amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Keonepoko, Puna, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Urban: <br /> Beginning at the south corner of this parcel of land, being also the west comer of <br /> Lot A and on the northeasterly side of Keaau-Pahoa Road, F.A.S.P. No. 5-0130(8), the <br /> coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation <br /> Station "OLAA", being 32,729.04 feet South and 33,198.14 feet East, thence running by <br /> azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br /> 1. Along Keaau-Pahoa Road, F.A.S.P. No. S-0130(8) on a curve to the left with a <br /> radius of 2,904.79 feet, the chord azimuth and <br /> distance being: 143° O1' 06.4" 201.02 feet; <br /> 2. 238° 48' 733.69 feet along the remainder of Grant 13,450 to <br /> Kamaichi Kawazoe (Lot 18-C-1); <br /> 3. 328° 48' 200.00 feet along Grant S-15,858 to Department of <br /> Hawaiian Home Lands; <br /> 4. 58° 48' 713.44 feet along Lot A to the point of beginning <br /> and containing an area of 3.317 Acres. <br /> All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by reference <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> <br />
