SECTION 5. Chapter 27, article 2, section 27-6, Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005

<br /> Section 27-6. Basis.
<br /> The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Insurance
<br /> Administration of the Federal Emergency Management Agency in the Flood
<br /> Insurance Study dated [7..1.. ' z , °°n ] AUri12 2004 alone with all subsequent
<br /> revisions and amendments, and the Flood Insurance Rate Maps, dated Apri12,
<br /> 2004 May 16, 1994, July 16, 1990, and September 16, 1988, and all future
<br /> changes revisions and amendments to these documents, are hereby adopted and
<br /> declared to be a part of this chapter. [T'•'

<br /> All construction and improvements subject to this chapter shall comply
<br /> with other applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the
<br /> zoning, building, electricity, plumbing, subdivision, erosion and sedimentation
<br /> control chapters of the Hawaii County Code, and the storm drainage standards,
