Comm. 661: RESOLUTION ABOLISHING A RECREATION DIRECTOR II POSITION AND (Res. 331-07) CREATING A CLERK III POSITION WITHIN THE HAWAII COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT (abolishes the vacant Recreation II position within the HI-PAL program, and creates a Clerk III position to assist with the duties, which have been assigned to two Police Officer II positions) From Finance Director William Takaba, dated September 5, 2007, transmitting the above resolution.
