<br /> Bill 240: Amends Ordinance No. 07-83, as Amended, Relating to Public Improvements and
<br /> Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008. {Adds
<br /> PUBLIC WORKS: Mamalahoa Bypass Mitigation Measures ($500,000); funds
<br /> shall be provided from Fair Share Contributions (Fund Balance -Designated).
<br /> Funds would be used to construct traffic calming improvements on Ali`i Drive and
<br /> Haleki`i Street to mitigate the anticipated increase in vehicle traffic caused by the
