Comm. 337: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 08-79, AS AMENDED, (Bill 79) RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2008 TO JUNE 30, 2009 (by appropriating the first increment of fuel tax increase established by Resolution No. 504-08 of $7 million to the Capital Budget for various Public Works, Highways Division projects.
