Crawford, dated August 31, 2009, transmitting the above <br />resolution. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) {transfers funds of$18,000 out and from the <br />following Kokua Counseling accounts: Client Assist ($10,000) and Afford Counsel <br />Operations ($8,000); and credits to the BISAC - Kokua EAP (Employee Assistance <br />Program) account} <br />From Finance Director Nancy E. Crawford, dated August 28, 2009, transmitting the above <br />resolution. Kokua Counseling Services, a FY2009-1 0 County non-profit grant recipient <br />has informed the Finance Department that they will not be utilizing the funds. Therefore, <br />the department solicited for applications and granted the award to a program administered <br />by the Big Island Substance Abuse Council (BISAC). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE MA YOR TO ENTER INTO <br />AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF HAWAI'I DEPARTMENT OF THE <br />ATTORNEY GENERAL, PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, FOR THE VICTIMS OF CRIME <br />ACT GRANT FUNDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT <br />ACT; and <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 09-64, AS AMENDED, THE <br />OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2010 (appropriates revenues of $99,567 in the Federal Grants- <br />Victims of Crime Act - ARRA account; and appropriates same to the Prosecuting <br />Attorney's Victims of Crime Act - ARRA account.
