The resolution authorizes <br />the Director of Finance to negotiate a grant of easement to Hawaii Electric Company, <br />Inc. to allow for additional equipment to be stationed on the above - referenced site <br />pursuant to Chapter 2, Article 19 of the Hawaii County Code. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Comm. 24: ESTABLISHES A REAL PROPERTY TAX STAKEHOLDERS TASK FORCE <br />(Res. 18 -13) From Council Member Margaret Wille, dated December 3, 2012.
