FC-23 December 3, 2013 <br /> Bill 155: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 11-40, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 13-47, PERTAINING TO THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION <br /> BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING VARIOUS PUBLIC <br /> IMPROVEMENTS DESCRIBED THEREIN <br /> Deletes the following projects: 1)Pool Drainage Covers ($500,000); Banyan Beach <br /> Parking Lot ($300,000); and Kalaniana`ole Interceptor Sewer Rehabilitation Phase 2 <br /> ($6.9 million).
