WHEREAS, the council wishes to amend its rules by amending Rule No. 2, paragraph <br /> <br /> 1, relating to Regular Meetings, to read as follows: <br /> RULE NO. 2 <br /> MEETINGS <br /> "1. Regular Meetings. Except as otherwise provided, the Council shall meet <br /> regularly at least twice in every month beginning at 9:00 A.M. in the Council Meeting <br /> Room at the County building, Hilo, Hawaii, on the first and third Wednesday of each <br /> month, or at other places and/or times designated by the Council_[, <br /> ~~°°'~r".~ <br /> 'I H°n ...,.°a ,.t 1°....t ° .°«~°.I.. ~L.,, :..,7: .l:..r«:..t....F T.i...wl, Y....,, C..,.rl, Y....° <br /> °°a a°°~°~°~°a Provided, however, that the county <br /> council shall hold regular meetings in East Hawaii on odd-numbered months (January, <br /> March, May, July, September and November) and, shall hold regular meetings in West <br /> Hawaii on even-numbered months (February, April, June, August, October and <br /> December). Notwithstanding Section 3-7, Hawaii County Charter, the second regular <br /> meeting of the Council may be in a location other than Hilo." <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY <br /> <br /> OF HAWAII, that amendment to Rule 2, paragraph 1, relating to Regular Meetings, is hereby <br /> <br /> adopted. <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
