Basque, dated July 29, 1998. She is the above TMK property owner who lives on her $702 monthly social security income. States if the County Council repeals the sewer line exemption, she will suffer serious consequences as she is unable to finance the hook up. Further, an additional financial burden is the County's notice to begin assessing her a sewer fee of $25 per month, beginning September, 1998.
