Kiyosaki, dated March 8, <br /> 1996, per request of Mr. Hank Schultz, who represents the feelings <br /> of the Fern Acres Subdivision residents, submits a bill amending <br /> Chapter 24, Article 10, Section 2-255, Schedule 3 (25 mph) under <br /> Puna to establish a 25 mph speed limit and to designate stop and <br /> through streets within the Fern Acres subdivision. <br /> Comm. 1072.06: From property owners and residents of Fern Acres, informing of <br /> (1996) their approval of Bill No. 240. <br /> Comm. 1072.07: From Donna Keithley, dated May 17, 1996, commenting on Bill <br /> (1996) No. 240. <br /> Comm. 1072.08: From Mary Schultz, Fern Acres Community Association, dated <br /> (1996) July 16, 1996, transmitting a copy of a survey asking how their lot <br /> owners felt about having a County approved speed limit. The result <br /> was 218 voted yes and 22 voted no and would like to have Bill 240 <br /> brought before the Council again. <br /> Comm. 1072.13: From Andrea Decker, dated October 3, 1996, informing of her <br /> (1996) support of Fern Acres Community Association's request for the <br /> approval of Bill No. 240. <br /> Comm. 231: From Hank Schultz, dated March 21, 1997, per the Council's <br /> request, transmits a copy of a survey question sent to all property <br /> owners of lots within Fern Acres Subdivision asking whether they <br /> supported Bill No. 240. Informs out of 1529 surveys sent out, 526 <br /> were returned with 421 yes and 105 no votes. Therefore, requests <br /> that the Council consider this bill again. <br /> <br />
