This proposed revision is labeled `B-2" on the LUPAG Map attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "1." <br />As you may be aware, Continental Pacific's plans for developing the area <br />around Pepeekeo Point into agricultural and residential lots are nearly completed. <br />Tentative approval of Continental Pacific's third revised preliminary plat map for SUB <br />2002-0043, the Pepeekeo Makai Lands, was granted on October 1, 2002.
