County Council <br />Christopher Yuen <br />December 12, 2002 <br />Page 2 <br />Continental Pacific submitted applications to rezone portions of TMK (3) 2-8-007: 053 <br />from MG -5a General Industrial to RS -20 Single -Family Residential for the area near <br />Pepeekeo Point, and from A -20a to Limited Industrial ML -20 for the mauka area known <br />as Lot 91 to support the industrial needs of the surrounding agricultural uses, as depicted <br />on the location map attached hereto as Exhibit "2." <br />The proposed General Plan amendment to allow future industrial uses in the <br />Pepeekeo Point area is not consistent with the existing uses that are already in process for <br />the land owned by Continental Pacific in this area.
