Earlier this year, the Ofticc of the Prosecuting Attorney received grant <br /> funding from the State of Hawaii Department of Human Services, Office of Youth <br /> Services, to create or expand prevention program(s) that address juvenile delinquency <br /> risk factors identified in the Hawaii County comprehensive strategic plan for <br /> juvenile justice. "They have solicited and have received proposals from organizations <br /> to assist in its Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Program.
