Re: Comm. 955 Intr. by: Mr. Chung 1st Reading: September 16, 1998 Bi11284: Amends Ordinance 98-50, as amended, relating to Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1998 to June 30, 1999, by establishing the following appropriations: Puna District -Highway/Traffic Division Projects ($29,861.80); South Hilo - Engineering Division Projects, Ululani Street ($266,861.34) and North Kona -Engineering Division Projects, Kona Road Phase III (Federal Aid), Mamalahoa Highway and Kuakini Highway (Hualalai Road to Hawaii Belt Highway); Palani Road Safety Improvements (Federal Aid); and Kuakini Highway, Palani Road to Hualalai Road, (Federal Aid) ($189,754.32); funds for these projects shall be provided from the Fund Balance -Fuel Tax 92-94 Account (2271.24) of the Capital Projects Fund.
