(Waianuenue Avenue - proposed compression of morning one-way traffic pattern) Re : Comm . 5 0 6 Intr. by: Mr. Yagong (B/R) Approved: P4dPC-84 Bill 172: Amends Ordinance 97-82, as amended, relating to Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal year July 1, 1997 to June 30, 1998, by adding the following projects: PUBLIC STORKS: Mamalahoa Highway (Holualoa-Keauhou) ($484,980), Hilo wastewater Treatment Plant ($19,188), Paukaa Collector Sewer ($181,108), Houselots Collector Sewer Phase II ($11,160), Alii Drive Sewer/waiaha Pump Station ($250,000); and PARKS Se RECREATION: Sparky Kawamoto Swim Stadium {$600,000), Hoolulu Park Complex ($75,000), Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium Improvements ($225,000), Ahalanui Beach Park ($450,000), Pohoiki Beach Park Expansion ($427,500), wastewater Disposal System Upgrading ($300,000), Hilo Bayfront Park Improvements ($700,000), Alae Cemetery Improvements ($150,000), and Hookena Beach Park Improvements ($150,000); funds for these projects shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - Fund Balance and/or Other Sources ($4,023,936).
