FC-45 Page 4 October 21, 2008 Comm. 1513: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO (Res. 782-08) AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, FOR A TRAFFIC INVESTIGATION GRANT; and (Bi11384) AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 08-78, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2009 (appropriates revenues of $18,570 into the Traffic Investigation Grant revenue account, an additional $6,570 into the Traffic Investigation Grant expenditure account, and removing $12,000 from the Traffic Training and Equipment revenue account; these funds will be used to train officers in Crash Reconstruction Classes, to purchase a Crash Data Retrieval Module for the Traffic Enforcement Unit, and to send officers to the Intoxilyzer Supervisor Training session) From Finance Director William Takaba, dated October 7, 2008, transmitting the above resolution and bill.
