All oral and written testimony will be made a <br />part of the public record. <br /> <br />Viewing of Meetings on Government Access Television - Channel 52: <br />Environmental Management and Food & Energy Sustainability Committee meetings - Tuesdays, <br />September 22 and 29, 2009 at 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.; Public Works & Intergovernmental Relations, <br />Planning, and Finance Committee meetings - Thursdays, September 24 and October 1, 2009 at 7:00 a.m. and <br />8:30 p.m.; and all five Committee meetings - Saturday, September 26, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. These <br />airtimes are subject to preemption by broadcasts from the State Legislature. <br /> <br /> <br />
