Resolution 56-11 limited <br />both the monthly amount and the per-page amount for excess pages that could be paid <br />under the lease agreement. The low bid received after competitive recruitment <br />includes per-page amounts higher than those identified in the resolution for both black <br />and white and color copies. <br /> <br />Comm. 269: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO <br />(Res. 106-11) AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, ALCOHOL AND <br />DRUG ABUSE DIVISION, STATE OF HAWAI‘I (ADAD), PURSUANT TO <br />HRS 46-7, FOR A PROGRAM TO CONDUCT ENFORCEMENT OPERATIONS <br />OF MINORS PURCHASING ALCOHOL, FOR THE HAWAI‘I POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT <br />From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated June 22, 2011. These federally <br />derived funds will be used for the purpose of supporting police efforts to conduct <br />enforcement operations of minors purchasing alcohol, and includes compliance checks <br />of approximately 131 retail stores over a nine-month period. <br /> <br />Comm. 270: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO <br />(Res. 107-11) AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH PURSUANT <br />TO HRS 46-7, FOR A MENTAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATION STATE <br />INCENTIVE GRANT (MHT SIG) FOR THE HAWAI‘I POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated June 22, 2011.
