Hawai‘i County Council-60 November 21, 2012 <br /> <br />Bill 324: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 12-87, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2012 TO JUNE 30, 2013 <br />Adds Department of Public Works: South Point Road Water Infrastructure Expansion <br />Project ($9,900,000); funds shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital <br />Projects Fund-Fund Balance and/or Other Sources (Grants) ($9,900,000).
