Hawaii County Council Page 10 February 7, 1997 Bill 7: Amends Ordinance 96-68, as amended, relating to Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1996 to June 30, 1997, by adding the following projects: PARKS & RECREATION Waimea Soccer Field ($25,000) and Higashihara Parks Playground ($50,000); funds for these projects shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds and/or Other Sources account ($75,000). Re: C-31 Intr. by: Mr. Chung 1st Reading: January 22, 1997 Bill 8: Amends Ordinance 96-72, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawaii for the Fiscal Year June 30, 1997, by increasing revenues in the Special Duty Admin Fees account by $6,500; and appropriates same to the following Special Duty - accounts: Overtime S&W ($6,000) and Misc S&W ($500). Re: C-32 Intr. by: Mr. Chung 1st Reading: January 22, 1997 Bill 9: Amends Ordinance 96-72, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawaii for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 1997, by appropriating revenues in the Federal Grants - Mobile Video Recorders account by $22,500; and appropriates same to the Mobile Video Recorders Misc Equipment account.
