Coordinate and carry out eradication efforts throughout the State of Hawaii, <br /> combining task force resources and manpower. <br /> <br /> 3. Standardize guidelines and procedures for marijuana eradication field <br /> operations. <br /> <br /> 4. Provide standardized training in detection, eradication and investigative <br /> techniques, and safety procedures. <br /> <br /> 5. Identify, large-scale marijuana cultivation and distribution operations. <br /> <br /> 6. Eradicate a minimum of 275,000 marijuana plants during the project period. <br /> <br /> <br /> 7. Identify and arrest those responsible, as well as those who profit, from <br /> these activities. <br /> <br /> 8. Enforce civil and/or criminal asset forfeiture proceedings, and to seize <br /> assets, as applicable. <br /> <br /> 9. Gain public support in our marijuana enforcement efforts, including <br /> providing educational presentations, as applicable. <br /> <br /> C. PROJECT ACTIVITIES: <br /> <br /> 1, Enforcement efforts will be directed towards marijuana eradication <br /> <br /> and investigative efforts to identify and arrest marijuana cultivators <br /> and/or distributors. <br /> <br /> 2. The Hawaii County Police Department will continue to take part in <br /> coordinated efforts of the statewide multi-agency task force in. <br /> developing and improving progressive marijuana eradication <br /> techniques. <br /> <br /> This will include combining resources and manpower during field <br /> operations and other enforcement efforts throughout the State of <br /> Hawaii. <br />
