<br />Kapi`olani Street Extension (Mohouli Street to Lanikaula Street) project in the Capital
<br />Budget by $8.1 million, bringing the total appropriation to $8.7 million}

<br />FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2010 TO JUNE 30, 2011 (adds the Parks and Recreation, North
<br />Kohala Recreational Facility Repairs and Upgrades project for $2 million to the Capital
<br />Budget; this project provides for the needed repairs and upgrades to the facilities at
<br />Ke6kea Beach Park, which has been out of service since the 2006 Kiholo Bay earthquake)

<br />Kailua Recycling and Transfer Station Repairs and Enhancements — Fair Share project for
<br />$250,000 to the Capital Budget)

<br />(Bill 325) RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE
<br />FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2010 TO JUNE 30, 2011 (adds the Parks and Recreation,
<br />Kikala - Ke6kea New Park Development project for $100,000 to the Capital Budget; this
<br />will allow for the County to foster a collaborative effort with residents of the
<br />Kikala - Ke6kea subdivision to establish water service to the site and develop basic
<br />infrastructure, with volunteer labor and equipment)
