<br /> ABUSE MONITORING AND ASSESSMENT SYSTEM
<br /> Pursuant to Section 46 -7 authorizes the Mayor to execute on behalf of the County, an
<br /> agreement and related documents with RCUH in order to develop a drug abuse
<br /> monitoring and assessment system, which will enhance ongoing criminal justice and
<br /> community -based strategies to address methamphetamine use, related behavioral health
<br /> issues, and abuse of other drugs.
