Hawai‘i County Council-10 April 17, 2013 <br /> <br />Res. 102-13: URGES THE 2013 HAWAI‘I STATE LEGISLATURE TO SUPPORT <br />FUNDING TO REOPEN KŪLANI CORRECTIONAL FACILITY (KCF) AND <br />PASS LEGISLATION SUCH AS HOUSE BILL 200 HD1 SD1, RELATING TO <br />THE STATE BUDGET <br />States the reopening of KCF will return more than $4.7 million to the local <br />economy and create up to 90 new jobs.
