Hawai‘i County Council-10 April 17, 2013 <br /> <br />Bill 54: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 11-40 OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I, <br />PERTAINING TO THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR <br />THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING VARIOUS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br />DESCRIBED THEREIN <br />Amends the project authorization amounts for two Housing projects by reducing <br />“Kawaihae Housing Closure” by $1,291,332.55 and increasing “Kaloko Housing <br />Project” by the same amount. Repairs and improvements to <br />County facilities maintained by the Departments of Parks and Recreation and <br />Public Works are ongoing and require additional funding, and Kawailani Fire <br />Station was added to this authorization.
