Sako, dated April 1, 2020, transmits proposed <br />amendments to decrease the appropriation from $10 million to $5,342,262. <br />Bill 151: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 19-74, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2019 TO JUNE 30, 2020 <br />Increases the Waiakea Uka Park & New Community Center Improvements project <br />by $8 million.
