Funds would be used to provide technical assistance and capacity building for community collaboration in implementing the Kilauea Recovery and Resilience Plan. Funds for this project shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund—Fund Balance and/or Other Sources ($459,000) and Federal Grants Receivable ($1,377,000), to be used to purchase wastewater treatment facility generators.
