Funds would be used to implement a landlord-tenant mediation program for those impacted by the expiration of the moratorium on evictions. Funds would be used to provide adult workforce training to increase employment, retention, earnings, skills, and literacy. Funds would be used for costs of trainings and travel to conferences related to rural transit operations, planning, and maintenance.
