(Note: At the Council's Apri122, 2008, meeting, Bi11237 was unanimously amended via Communication 998.8, which further downzoned the property from the Planning Director's recommendation of Residential and Agricultural 5 acre (RA-Sa) to Residential and Agricultural 15 acre (RA-15a).) Based on reasons stated in this letter, the Planning Commission concurs with the recommendation of the Planning Director and forwards an unfavorable recommendation regarding Bi11237, Draft 2; however, recommends adoption of Bi11237.
