I 1 -59, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30 2012 Appropriates revenues in a new account, Transfer from Disaster & Emergency Fund ($200,000); and appropriates same to The Food Basket, Inc. The Food Basket, Inc., serves as Hawaii Island's Food Bank and is an island -wide nonprofit food network that collects and distributes food to low income families, the ill and disabled, senior citizens, children's programs, and other charitable nonprofit organizations.
