Hawai‘i County Council-38 April 20, 2016 Bill 175: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 15-57, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2016 Appropriates revenues in the Federal – 2016 Block Grant account ($2,491,306) and the Block Grant – Program Income account ($133,592.04); and appropriates the same to the following accounts: Mobile Homeless Outreach Service Program – Vehicle Acquisition ($68,455), Hilo Adult Day Care – Construction ($455,429), Kamakana Villages – Family Rental Phase I – Infrastructure Improvements ($350,000), Residential Repair Program ($344,514.04), Kamakana Villages – Senior Affordable Housing – Infrastructure Improvements ($350,000), Pāhala Fire Station – Wildland Fire Pumper Apparatus ($565,000), Boys and Girls Club Facility Improvements – Fencing ($91,500), and Administration, Planning & Fair Housing ($400,000).
