<br />Hawaiʻi County Council-26 November 15, 2017 <br /> <br /> <br />Bill 70: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 17-40, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2017, TO JUNE 30, 2018 <br />Adds the Civil Defense Land Mobile Radio Upgrade project for $5 million to <br />the Capital Budget. Funds for this project shall be provided from the <br />General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - Fund Balance and/or Other <br />Sources.
