COUNTY OF FIAWAI`I <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 198 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STATE LAND USE BOUNDARIES MAP, H-7 FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM <br />THE AGRICULTURAL TO THE URBAN DISTRICT AT HIENALOLI 2ND TO 4TH, NORTH <br />KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-5-010:066. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundaries Map, H-7 for the County of Hawaii, is <br />amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Hienaloli 2°d to 4th <br />North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Urban: <br />Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of this parcel of land, being also the <br />Northeasterly corner of Lot 101 of Kona Heights Subdivision, Increment II (File Plan <br />1077) and being a point on the Westerly side of Hienaloli-Kahului Road, the coordinates <br />of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station <br />"KAHELO" being 7,859.85 feet North and 6,105.81 feet East and running by azimuths <br />measured clockwise from True South: <br />Thence, for the next six (6) courses following along the remainder of Land <br />Commission Award 8542-B, Part 3 to Peke: <br />750 44' 12" 122.71 feet along Lots 101 and 102 of Kona Heights <br />Subdivision, Increment R (File Plan 1077) to <br />a point; <br />2. 72" 38' 44" 166.71 feet along Lots 102 and 103 of Kona Heights <br />Subdivision, Increment II (File Plan 1077) to <br />a point; <br />-1- <br />
