Major <br /> changes involve or include but are not limited to the following items or subjects <br /> regarding Article 2, Advertising & Signs, Kailua Village Special Design District - <br /> Signs Allowed With Permits; Prohibited Signs (in addition to Article 1); and <br /> Exempt Signs (in addition to Article 1).
