FOR NISSAN <br /> DEALERSHIP (RICO). <br /> From Douglas "Keahi" Burke of Sun Industries Inc., dated August 26, 2003, requesting a <br /> sign variance in regards to commercial sign dimension for the local Nissan dealership, to <br /> install four signs which are the channelized marquee type. They have been informed by <br /> the Department of Public Works, Building Division, that the proposed sign sizes exceed <br /> the allowable dimensions. Therefore, he is requesting a waiver allowing these signs to be <br /> installed within the zoning area. The project presently is at a standstill. A copy of the <br /> proposed channelized sign dimensions is attached. <br /> <br />
