The Police Department <br />currently has eight (8) copiers with expired leases that are in need of replacement; and a <br />new lease is required to add a copier at the Maunalani Substation, which does not have <br />one. <br />Recommends adoption of Res. 177-11: <br /> <br />Ayes: Committee Members Blas, Hoffmann, Onishi, Pilago, Smart, <br /> Yagong, Yoshimoto and Chair Ford. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Committee Member Ikeda. <br /> <br />Comm. 413: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A MONETARY <br />(Res. 178-11) DONATION OF $227 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION <br />FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT PANA‘EWA ZOO <br />From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated October 5, 2011, requesting the <br />acceptance of the donation of $227 from Polynesian Adventure Tours. <br />Recommends adoption of Res. 178-11: <br /> <br />Ayes: Committee Members Blas, Hoffmann, Onishi, Pilago, Smart, <br /> Yagong, Yoshimoto and Chair Ford. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Committee Member Ikeda. <br /> <br />Comm. 414: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 11-59, AS AMENDED, THE <br /> <br />(Bill 121)OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2012 <br />From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated October 5, 2011. Increases revenues of <br />$50,000 in the State Grants – Area Plan on Aging account; and appropriates same to the <br />Office of Aging’s Area Plan on Aging account. These funds from the State of Hawai‘i <br />Department of Health’s Executive Office on Aging are being given to the Hawai‘i <br />County Office of Aging to develop the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC), <br />in conjunction with the Executive Office on Aging and other County area agencies on <br />aging, to meet the federally defined criteria of a statewide fully functioning ADRC. <br />Recommends passage of Bill 121 on first reading: <br /> <br />Ayes: Committee Members Blas, Hoffmann, Pilago, Smart, <br /> Yagong, Yoshimoto and Chair Ford. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Committee Members Ikeda and Onishi. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
