Hawai‘i County Council-54 November 16, 2016 <br /> <br />Bill 262: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 16-73, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2016, TO JUNE 30, 2017 <br />Establishes the following program appropriations to the Capital Budget: TEA-21 <br />Projects (Federal Aid) ($108,311.10) and Local Road Improvements ($108,311.10). <br />Funds for these appropriations shall be provided from fuel tax revenue in excess of <br />what was projected in Ordinance 15-23.
