Res. 428-07: Authorizes the Acceptance of a Monetary Donation of $4,647 to the Hawaii Fire Department. {Donated by HFM FBO PruTimber Fund Three. These funds would be used by the Laupahoehoe and Pa`auilo Volunteer Fire Companies to purchase fire suppression equipment and supplies.}; and FC-204. Res. 429-07 Requests the Director of Public Works to Work with the Planning Department, the (Draft 2): Public, and the Hawaii County Council to Update and Revise Chapter 3 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended), Relating to Signs (Sign Code); and PWIRC-45. Res. 436-07: Transfers/Appropriates an Appropriation Out and From the Designated Fund Account(s) and Credits Same to a Designated Fund Account(s). {Transfers/appropriates $20,000 out and from Clerk-Council Services-Contingency Relief account; credits same to Department of Environmental Management Transfer to Sewer Fund (Ka Hale O Na Keiki Project). Contingency Relief funds from District 1 would be used as a grant for the Ka Hale O Na Keiki Preschool project that has been mandated to close its large capacity cesspool, consequently tearing up the playground and tricycle pathway.} Res. 437-07: Transfers/Appropriates an Appropriation Out and From the Designated Fund Account(s) and Credits Same to a Designated Fund Account(s). {Transfers/appropriates $4,000 out and from Clerk-Council Services-Contingency Relief account; credits same to Department of Parks and Recreation Culture/Arts Other Current Expense (Hawaiian Independence Day Celebration and the Pahoa Christmas Parade). Contingency Relief funds from District 4 would be used to assist in the coordination of the Hawaiian Independence Day Celebration and the Pahoa Christmas Parade, and additional activities or projects.}
