Earlier in this fiscal year the United States Department of Agriculture <br />Natural Resources Conservation Service (MRCS) provided $191,000 towards the <br />estimated costs of engineering surveys and design services for the Kaumana Drive <br />Flood Protection Phase of the Wailuku - Alenaio Watershed.
