<br />Haleki‘i Street; Māmalahoa Bypass Highway in the North and South Kona
<br />Districts, and Manawa Street to subsection (1), restricting vehicles of three or more
<br />tons; by adding Kaiiminani Drive to subsection (2), restricting vehicles of five or
<br />more tons; and by adding Heleki‘i Street from Māmalahoa Bypass Highway to a
<br />point four thousand feet in the easterly direction, and Māmalahoa Bypass Highway
