<br />to Article 10, Division 2, Section 24-264, Schedule 12 (stop intersections),

<br />(Bill 281) CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES
<br />AND TRAFFIC (adds Ali‘i Drive, from a point 0.20 mile south of Kaleiopapa
<br />Street to its southern terminus; Māmalahoa Bypass Highway, from the Ali‘i Drive
<br />intersection to a point 460 feet in the southerly direction; and Māmalahoa Bypass
<br />Highway, from a point 2.67 miles south of the Ali‘i Drive intersection to the
<br />Haleki‘i Street intersection, to Article 10, Division 1, Section 24-255, Schedule 3
<br />(25 mile per hour limit), paragraph (f) Kona); also adds Ali‘i Drive, from the
<br />Kamehameha III Road intersection, to a point 0.20 mile south of Kaleiopapa Street,
<br />to Article 10, Division 1 (Speed Limits), Section 24-257, Schedule 5 (35 mile per
<br />hour limit), paragraph (f) Kona; and adds Māmalahoa Bypass Highway, from a
<br />point 460 feet south of Ali‘i Drive intersection to a point 2.58 miles in the southerly
<br />direction to Article 10, Division 1, Section 24-260, Schedule 8 (45 mile per hour
<br />speed limit) subsection (f) Kona}

<br />AND TRAFFIC {deletes existing item (1) of Article 10, Division 2 (Moving
<br />Vehicles), Section 24-267, Schedule 15 (One way streets). This is to update the
<br />Hawai‘i County Code to reflect existing conditions; the Haleki‘i Street Extension is
<br />currently open to two-way traffic from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., seven days a week,
<br />and is closed to through traffic outside of these hours.}
