Funds will be used towards future energy savings efforts by the Department of Public Work’s Traffic Division. Reference: Comm. 123 Intr. by: Ms. Poindexter Approve: FC-36 Res. 57-13: AUTHORIZES THE EXTENSION OF THE PUBLIC SEWER FROM KAHIKINI STREET TO A SEWER, UTILITY, AND ACCESS EASEMENT FOR MOHOULI SENIOR PHASE I, LLLP (TMK: 2-4-001:177), THE HAWAI’I ISLAND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (TMK: 2-4-001:184), AND THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I (TMK: 2-4-001:176), SITUATED IN WAIĀKEA, DISTRICT OF SOUTH HILO, HAWAI‘I The applicant, Mohouli Senior Phase I, LLLP, requests to extend the public sewer to service the following: 1) TMK: 2-4-001:177, which is owned by the County of Hawai‘i and leased to Mohouli Senior Phase I, LLLP; 2) TMK: 2-4-001:184, which is owned by the County of Hawai‘i and leased to the Hawai‘i Island Community Development Corporation; and 3) TMK: 2-4-001:176, which is owned by the County of Hawai‘i for future development of a Fire Administration Support Complex.
