T. Ashida, dated June 3, 2013, requesting <br />that the above matter be placed on the Council’s agenda, pursuant to Section <br />6-5.5 of the Hawai‘i County Charter (2012), for the purpose of authorizing the <br />hiring of special counsel to assist OHCD.
