Funds for this project shall be provided from Private <br />Contributions ($20 million), and would be used for the completion of the <br />Hokulia/Māmalahoa Highway Bypass Road from Kaleiopapa Street to and <br />including the Nāpo‘opo‘o Road /Māmalahoa Highway intersection.
