Ohan Trust) (Area: 5.966 acres) The Leeward Planning Commission forwards its favorable recommendation for this change of zone, which would allow the applicant to apply to subdivide the property into five parcels. The applicant intends to extend Lalei Place through the subject property and connect to Hane Street, and also intends to keep one or two lots for family purposes and sell the remaining lots.
