Hawaii County Council-38 Page 3 June 5, 2006 Res. 365-06: Authorizes the Payment of Funds of a Later Fiscal Year and More Than One Fiscal Year for aMulti-Year Lease (5 yeazs) of Real Property at Puainako Center, Building C, Bay C-5, 2100 Kanoelehua Street in Hilo, to Accommodate the Relocation of Some of the Offices Presently in the County Building at 25 Aupuni Street. {This space located next to Checkers Auto Parts, was formerly occupied by Longs Drugs Express and Pay `n' Save, which contains 7,540 squaze feet of office space and 7,282 square feet of storage/warehouse space.
