Contingency Relief funds from District 9 would be used to purchase materials to pave the Puako Access Road.} Res. 363-07: Transfers/Appropriates an Appropriation Out and From the Designated Fund Account(s) and Credits Same to a Designated Fund Account(s). {Transfers/appropriates $5,000 out and from Clerk-Council Services-Contingency Relief account credits same to Office of the Prosecuting Attorney, Prosecuting Attorney Salaries and Wages (Community Violence Coordinator Position). Contingency Relief funds from District 9 would be used towards funding of a Community Violence Coordinator position for the Prosecuting Attorney's Office.} Res. 364-07'. Creates a Park Caretaker 1 (31ST) Position and a Park Caretaker I (I(2T) Position for the Department of Parks and Recreation. {Civil Case #98-244 (United Public Workers versus the County of Hawaii) requires the County to hire UPW workers instead of contracting out forjanitorial and ground maintenance services.
